As an employee in technical sales, you will discuss these cases with our customers, identify requirements and evaluate potential. The next step? Sampling by your new colleagues in Process Development and, based on this, the right solution for the customer - whether contract manufacturing or plant engineering. Not an expert in plasma polishing technologies? No problem - there are only a handful of them. We will of course provide you with the necessary knowledge.

Your range of tasks

  • You are the first point of contact for inquiries from our customers and their surface challenges.

  • You represent our company and our technologies in direct discussions with customers.

  • You discuss their requests with our customers and uncover exciting potential for collaboration - from precise machine components to medical technology and meter-sized tools.

  • You translate your ongoing experience into the right impulses for the further development of our products and sales strategies.

Your profile

  • You enjoy being in contact with customers and also feel at eye level with managers.

  • Ideally, you already have sales experience in the technical field, e.g. in surface technology or mechanical engineering.

  • You don't necessarily have a technical background, but you can recognize and classify customer requirements and match them to our technologies.

  • You convey enthusiasm for new technologies, a young company and enjoy helping to shape processes.

  • You are motivated and show initiative.

  • Business fluent English is an advantage, but not a must. We also have many customers in German-speaking countries.
