For the first time, JETPEP offers the quality and flexibility of manual finishing in a fully automated process. We combine the unique strengths of plasma polishing with the freedom of the electrolyte jet. JETPEP enables the precise cleaning, polishing, deburring and sterilization of your components during the surface treatment of metal. JETPEP is the right choice for reliable finishing, especially for surface-specific roughness requirements, complex burr patterns and hard-to-reach contours.
Minimum roughness
JETPEP achieves your target roughness of up to Ra 0.02 µm and largely retains the initial geometry with minimal edge rounding. However, the desired edge radii can also be set through targeted process control.

Our surfaces also impress where aesthetics are required. Plasma polishing offers a higher gloss than electropolishing and enables an even finish on a par with hand polishing.

Plasma polishing offers unique advantages for metals compared to conventional technologies.
You save time, space and interfaces, as several process steps can be combined into one with plasma polishing. While the workpiece usually has to be cleaned and degreased before electropolishing, for example, plasmotion's technology combines these steps with polishing in a single process. Possible pre-treatments are therefore no longer necessary separately.
The surface treatment of metals often results in chemical residues and waste, which not only pollute the environment but also mean corresponding handling and disposal costs. We have developed special electrolyte solutions for plasma polishing that meet our requirements for occupational safety and recyclability. They contain active components that are 100% harmless according to REACH.
We adapt the electrolyte solution and the plasma polishing process individually to your workpieces and materials. This gives you optimum results in the long term and the option of reliable, fully automated process control.
Plasma polishing works without mechanical or thermal stresses on your workpieces. Filigree or heat-treated components are thus refined without any reduction in quality. The range of applications is therefore more diverse than with many other technologies.
Plasma polishing is characterized by low and very uniform material removal. This means that your workpieces can be finished with a high degree of fidelity to the target geometry. By reducing the roughness, contours are maintained and fits that were previously impossible to achieve electrochemically are made possible. Of course, edges can also be brought to a desired radius.
